Birmingham-based recruitment support services business Ezy Group has acquired a software company – Flo
Flo Software Solutions is headquartered in Knutsford and provides a cloud-based software system specifically for the recruitment industry.
Ezy Group purchased the business from Brookfield Rose Group for an undisclosed fee and the deal is expected to boost its headcount to 25.
Ezy Group, perhaps best known for its back office and payroll business, Ezy Recruitment Solutions, will grow their headcount by five up to 25, and takeover Flo’s office in Knutsford, Cheshire. Commenting on the news Ezy Group director Nathan Golby said “We are delighted to now be operating in the recruitment software market. It is something we have been looking to do for some time and Flo is the perfect business for us.”
The software brand will add to the group’s current offering of payroll, accountancy and funding for temporary recruitment agencies.
