There are so many fancy, fancy bells and whistles these days, so many technology-driven tools, so much reliance on social media, that I sometimes lose sight of HR’s core business function: finding and retaining great careers for great people in great organizations. When that happens the way it should and often does (and too often doesn’t) there is a bone-deep workplace culture satisfaction.
