Recruitment Startups raise record funding

According to Dow Jones Venture Wire, Venture investing in HR and recruitment software this year will surpass the all-time high of $859 million that was set in 2000.
For the first half of 2015, $811.6 million was invested in these startups by VC investors as compared with $569.8 million for all of 2014 and $233.6 million last year.
Major deals include SmartRecruiters Inc., Workday and HireVue.
