Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organization.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and communication skills who can navigate complex project requirements while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure seamless project execution
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders regularly
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and adjust project plans as needed
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives
Skills Required:
- Project Management Expertise
Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion, preferably using project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall - Excellent Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement - Time Management and Organization
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Budgeting and Resource Management
Proficiency in planning, tracking, and managing project budgets and resources - Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
Ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions - Project Management Tools
Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2)
- Familiarity with change management processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technical terms
