    • Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Provide feedback on common issues to help improve products, services, and processes
    • Assist in updating help documentation and FAQs to support customer self-service

    • Basic understanding of troubleshooting technical issues (for technical support roles)
