Applicant tracking system tracks the recruitment process right from requirement posting through to candidate screening, selection, sending offer letter and hiring.

The employer post jobs and the jobseekers apply for them. Once the jobseekers apply for jobs their resumes are displayed in the View Applications on the right section of the List of Active Jobs.
