Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers for visa services
- Communicate with clients to understand their visa requirements and provide them with accurate information on visa processing procedures
- Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all required documents are in order
- Follow up with clients on the status of their visa applications and provide updates on any changes or additional requirements
- Coordinate with embassy or consulate officials to expedite visa processing and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process
- Maintain accurate records of visa applications, payments, and client information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless visa processing and delivery of exceptional customer service
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and procedures to provide clients with the most current information and advice
