Systems Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic servers to join our team at Papa's Scooperia. You will play a vital role in providing an excellent experience for our customers through professional service and delicious products.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design: Analyze requirements and design system solutions that meet business needs.

Deployment and Configuration: Install and configure software, hardware, and networks for new systems.

System Management: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and update software.

Technical Support: Provide support to end users on system and software-related issues.

System Security: Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing security measures and performing routine testing.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in the field of system management or technical support.

Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), computer networks and system management tools.

Problem Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
