Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities. Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
- Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Brand Management: Manage and enhance the organization's brand and reputation in the marketplace.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve set goals; mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget. Analyze and report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
