Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with colleagues across various locations. 


Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders and managers to develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business objectives
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Lead and facilitate training sessions on various HR topics
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Act as a trusted advisor to employees by providing coaching and guidance on career development


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and projects
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
