Job Summary:
Doctor Connect is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience in the healthcare industry
