Job DescriptionMonitor Logistics Transportation Time (ocean and Air) Use Goa MFG time Plus Transit time, to inform implement Adjustments at agreed upon intervals (60-90 days) / Notifies Customer service/sales to adjust customer facing process (quote/ commitments on USA customer order shipments )Monitor intercompany orders from Goa against Sales Order confirmation24 hours OA confirmationMatch Due date in JDEExpected ship date – Follow up to ensure leaves Goa on timeEnsure on time approvals for orders _60 kg from USA logisticsEnsure on time sharing of Ship to Addresses for direct shipments with forwarder detailsWork with USA logistics team and customer service to ensure direct shipments move on time and Incoterms are aligned (and compliance) (based on the Intercompany PO due date) Some items need customer service to provide invoice Transit time, Monitor and update status against sales order, and against inbound PO reports.Report inbound purchase orders arrival dates to Sales – (so that inventory can be presold before it arrives using accurate customer commitments based on real time updates )Initiate Updates JDE item master with level lead timePrepare and run reports to ensure all new items are captureCommunicate changes and timing to sales/customer service so we are alignedWork with Goa purchasing and Sales support/ item master team to integrate functionality between JDE and SAP (ensuring no disconnect)Review customer Po for all non-std /customized requirements, and work with Sales Support / Project team prior to part code request.Update part numbers with product manager updates (example CE change over)Work with EPFEP To ensure coding is correct for the EPFEP itemsSupport sales with information on all activities relating to inventory, delivery , transportation changes .Work with Finance to ensure correct Intercompany cost is loadedFresno relating to purchasing needs from USA vendors that support our business (recently crate/packaging is issue.
