Our Outstanding Opportunity:We are looking for a person who will lead, coordinate and support Distribution/WH management. Warehouse Logistics manager is a tactical/strategic role which is responsible to secure tactical & strategic logistics solutions in an E2E perspective, pron outstanding-class logistics integration. Warehouse Logistics manager supervise and co-ordinate tactical distribution and accountable for WH activities with the focus on maintaining a robust execution with responsibilities to further develop and improve the distribution/WH solutions on global, Regional and local level. The job holder also functions as advisor and a business representative in distribution/WH matters and by that a coordinator of development towards other organizations.You Will:Strict adherence to Ericsson / Customer Compliance and Code of business ethics.Shall be accountable for all warehousing activities such as packing, unpacking, supervision of safe loading and unloading, safe shifting of material at allocated places, kitting of material at warehouse, use of required WH tools & software.Responsible to Plan the Site logistics with LSP, ASP as per Project Rollout Material Delivery schedule, arrange the right transport, pick up the material from WH & deliver at Site to Installation Teams (ASP).Manage LSP & Resources at warehouse to Manage the Site Logistic services for Ericsson.Collect the Forecast for Site Material delivery with all details, including site location, floors, access roads & site entry requirements, including any other required information & documentation, to ensure readiness for timely pick & delivery.Ensure Timely reporting of the LSP - Transport with Staff to pickup the Site Material at Warehouse.Ensure required documentations are ready & available for Transporting the Material to sites.Advise the ASP receiver of details of the Transport, driver / escort & expected delivery time, so one can arrange receiver to receive the material at site.Manage and supervise LSP Transportation and related administrative servicesTo Be Successful In Role One must Have:10-15 years of experience in Warehouse Logistics ManagementPreparation of Bill of Materials (BoM)Compliance of GR / TR, features list and roadmapBOM validation and vetting, Shipping Terms, Supply of Material as per BOM specified in PO, Delivery ScheduleVehicle Receipt Note (VRN) to be done in Warehouse and GRN entries in warehouseMaterial Inspection and Quality Check to be done at warehouse.Pre -Material Issue Note Request (MIN) at warehouse in SAP system.Sound knowledge on the process and procedure for serial number tracking as per SoW documentKnowledge and good experience in mobile base/ Desktop base material tracking systemkitting of equipment, installation materials at warehouse as per site BOMkitting of installation materials provided by third party vendor at warehouse as per site BOMUnpacking and repacking during the kitting of equipment and third party supplied equipment at warehouseWarehouse Logistics Manager should adhere all regularity compliance (HSE/SLP) and NSDTS PolicyWarehouse Logistics Manager should deploy appropriate vehicle with all RTO complianceTA- Ankita TripathiHM- Nipun N SinghalWhy Join Ericsson?
