This role will be under Work Mandate 2. (The employee will be required to travel in the city as required, as per the need of the role)Roles & ResponsibilitiesBuild strong working relationships with key external stakeholders, as necessary, including but not limited to law enforcement and regulators.To quickly connect Business and Operations Team, Law enforcement authorities in case of exigencies which can have potential impact to businessParticipation in criminal, civil and disciplinary proceedings as required.Work with external agencies to regulate / streamline for challenges affecting ground operations.Representing/Accompanying Organization’s personnel for lodging Police complaints.Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders of Business and Operations, and Finance.Implement programs aimed at maintaining a stable and sustainable IR in the regionMonitors and Maintains statutory requirements for the region.Liaising and representing statutory authorities pertaining to laborShould be able to Independently handle enquiry processHandle any ground operation disruption impacting business even if it pertains internally or with external parties.Proposed Desired SkillsGraduate/Post Graduate with 6-8 years of work experienceComplete familiarity or accessibility with the local level Law enforcement and regulatory authority for the Region.Excellent communication skills.
