Job Description

EbizON is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in our Noida office. This person will operate as Key account manager for all business accounts.The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue with an existing customer base (Farming role).The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities with existing customers. Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and relationship management is critical to succeed in this role.Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with customers to mine existing account and achieve revenue quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.Relationship Building - Proactively manage the account, should be aware of the risks or customer issues, resolve it proactively with delivery team. Build pipeline - Effectively use the relationship, to mine new opportunities in the account and grow revenue base. Ensure to provide regular updates to clients and partners as needed and find a conclusion to every issue until resolvedConducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and servicesResponsible for account reviews and ensuring business terms are maintained in healthy state.Liaison with all internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled effectivelyRetention - Ensure sustenance of current revenues and drive revenue growth from the relationships by identifying new partnership opportunitiesMonitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging & resolving potential issues proactivelyRequirements: Experience in revenue role, account management (2- 5 yrs.).International Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management experience preferred.IT, Ecommerce experience would be preferredExcellent Communication Skills Ability to work independently under time constraintWorking knowledge of the IT services industry will be considered as an advantageMBA (preferred) from reputed college/University/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field with strong experience and with excellent communication will be eligibleProficient knowledge of Excel / Ppt / Word would a requirementSelf-driven and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
