1. Should be able to develop and Implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales, revenue, & profit targets in the Food industry,

2. Increase number of customer accounts through sales and marketing initiatives, independently and in partnership with Marketing team.

3. Act as a base of knowledge to prospects and customers regarding bioMérieux product portfolio to allow activity optimization and sales growth. Have a baseline understanding of relevant products, sales & marketing initiatives and competitive threats to bioMérieux Industry business.

4. Maintain awareness of the pricing policy and pricing structures for new & existing product in lines with market conditions and competitor's activities

5. Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor’s activities and regulatory changes while monitoring and communicating to management when appropriate

6. Report on a regular basis on data, opportunities, activity, using the company’s tools

7. Commercially lead and/or assist in bioMérieux Industry's presence at tradeshows and Symposiums.

8. Understand market trends, key investment drivers, customer challenges, and customer journey. Identify the key competitors, players, and their supply chains.

Has experience of designing and developing websites, SEO/ SEM/ SMM campaigns Strong operation management & client relationship building ability. Well organized, meticulous in approach & ability to work efficiently with various functions of the agency, client and marketing partners. Strong client facing skills. Successful track record managing multiple client assignments. Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database. Excellent oral and written communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Person with experience in Advertising agency coupled with Digital agency or digital marketing background will be preferred Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns for SMEs & large multinational companies will be preferred. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.,
