Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged._p__br /__/p__strong__u_Qualifications_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p__strong_Our most successful candidates will have:_/strong__p__br /__/p__ul__li_High school diploma or GED_/li__li_Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls_/li__li_Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required_/li__li_Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred_/li__li_Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required_/li__li_Prior customer service experience preferred_/li__/ul__p__br /__/p__strong__u_Additional Information_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p_As your prospective employer, we need to process your Personal Data as needed to evaluate your qualification for the position you are applying for with Sutherland.
