Consultants in this role get to: Be the point of contact: Probe for sources of income and help the customer. Find ways to work together with this end goal in mind. Goals are often set which require a first part collections agent to make a specified number of calls or reach an average payment size or dollar amount collected. Negotiate a payment date of the customer’s debt. Maintain the best customer experience possible achieving the collection goals. Assist consumers with a high level of customer service in a variety of areas: Such as general customer servicing inquiries, calling on delinquent accounts to get the account back in good standing, negotiating paym_p__br /__/p__strong__u_Qualifications_/u__/strong__p__br /__/p_Our most successful candidates will have: - English proficiency language skills (maintain an English conversation, be able to read and write in English) - Negotiation Skills - Collection Skills - Ability to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment - Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills - A bility to build rapport and to show empathy - Effective communication skills - Working knowledge of PC Environment - Comfort and familiarity with desktop tools - High School Diploma (is required.
