Responsibilities

Monitoring daily & weekly backup on AWS of different SAP Servers.

Looking after SAP Functional Issues. Ø Administrating, Maintaining & monitoring of mail servers (G-Suite, Mdaemon & GoDaddy).

Domain Management. Ø Managing all the other software modules like SFA, LMS & customer app.

Providing remote support to users at different locations & Depots all over India and abroad.

Managing team responsible for SEO & SMO.

Managing Firewall (Sonic Wall). Ø Vendor co-ordination. Qualifications
