In this second part of Digital Journal\u2019s review of changes to human resources we look at the application of this technology and what businesses can achieve. <\/p>\n<p>The point of this analysis is to highlight how those tasked with recruitment and talent spotting need to focus their searches across the entire demographic, finding new ways to find the appropriate candidates from all backgrounds who can add value to the company.
