{"id":382,"date":"2014-05-20T09:56:08","date_gmt":"2014-05-20T09:56:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ejobsitesoftware.com\/blog\/?p=382"},"modified":"2014-05-20T09:56:08","modified_gmt":"2014-05-20T09:56:08","slug":"finding-and-keeping-a-job-how-big-data-will-change-it-forever","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ejobsitesoftware.com\/blog\/finding-and-keeping-a-job-how-big-data-will-change-it-forever\/","title":{"rendered":"Finding And Keeping A Job: How Big Data Will Change It Forever"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Bernard Marr<\/p>\n<p>Combining social media and big data is resulting in the creation of a wonderland of possibilities for HR \u2013 the arm of business dedicated to making sure a company has the right people in the right place at the right time.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re responsible for picking out candidates for jobs, or managing internal reshuffles, you\u2019re probably already aware of the recent explosion of ways to sort the wheat from the chaff \u2013 or at least, talk of it.<\/p>\n<p>And if you\u2019re one of the millions seeking employment, you should be more aware than ever of what you should, or shouldn\u2019t, be sharing, to make yourself an enticing prospect.<\/p>\n<p>However there is a vast difference in the effectiveness of big data analytics in HR between different companies.
