Anyone with an audience can start a job board with no investment or technical skills within a 2 hour time frame (I ran the test myself on a WordPress plugin)<br \/>\nThe most worrying aspect is that even people without an audience can start a \u201ccounterfeit\u201d job board that looks good with jobs coming automatically from various external feeds.
