\nKate Catlin and Find My Flock’s other two co-founders thought there had to be a better way to retain women and people of color in the tech industry.<\/p>\n

CEO Catlin made the transition from environmental activism to working in tech and noticed a stark difference between the two worlds’ support for underrepresented voices. Find My Flock helps job seekers understand what a company’s benefits and workplace culture is like before they interview for a position.<\/p>\n

Find My Flock in its current iteration is less than 6-months-old but has already landed some big-name companies through word of mouth. On the day of this interview, Sept. 19, Catlin said that Proctor & Gamble had just come on board.
